Sandwich Panels are widely used cladding materials/ for roofs and walls. Polyurethane (PU), Polyisocyanurate (PIR), rockwool, eps (Expanded Polystyrene), Glass wool is sandwiched between two layers/ skins of Metal/ Aluminum/ Aluzinc. All the three layers are composed together into one delivering a high level of performance due to their combined structure. Insulated panels are also used for partitions, ceilings, and fire-resisting compartment walls. We offer Civil defense approved sandwich panels and also Self Fire extinguishing core and Fire rated sandwich panels apart from normal sandwich panels.
Low/ Micro rib and Flat panels are for Walls and ceiling applications.
Corrugated / Trapezoidal or Tile design panels are for Roof application.
The skin materials are available in Galvanized mill finish, galvanized pre-painted, Aluminium foil, Aluzinc, Colour coated Aluminium, mill finish Aluminium,
The coating is polyester and PVDF.
RAL 9002 – Off White, RAL 1001 – Beige, RAL 9003 – White are the regularly sold colors
Other colors too are considered depending upon the order qty.
